Hallam Removals and Storage is looking for a capable, driven Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our growing removals and storage business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands the pace, pressure, and precision required in the removals industry - and who's excited about helping shape the future of the business.

We\'re a Sheffield-based company offering expert domestic and commercial removals, home clearances, and flexible storage solutions. Known for our reliable, customer-focused approach, we\'re now looking to expand - and this role is key to that journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the removals and storage business
• Supervise and lead operational staff
• Manage vehicle upkeep and compliance
• Prepare quotes and conduct client surveys
• Ensure invoices are issued and paid promptly
• Oversee domestic, commercial and clearance jobs from start to finish
• Sell and promote packaging materials
• Manage both short- and long-term storage clients
• Ensure operational efficiency and profitability
• Handle banking and general financial admin
• Recruit and train new team members
• Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and execute a 3-year growth plan
