  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data and compliance.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to drive process improvements.
  • Familiarity with Junifer systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a team of approximately 9 FTEs, ensuring high performance.
  • Deliver efficient, cost-effective metering services and support strategic rollout programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and brokers to improve service offerings.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and data integrity across operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role

Airswift is proud to partner with a major player in the energy sector to recruit an Interim Industry Operations Manager. This role will lead a cross‑functional team to deliver market‑leading metering services, optimise onboarding processes, and support the rollout of SMART/AMR programmes. You will drive operational excellence, ensure compliance, and enhance customer journeys through data integrity and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of approximately 9 FTEs, ensuring high performance and engagement.
  • Deliver efficient, cost‑effective metering services and support strategic rollout programmes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and brokers to improve service offerings.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance digital capabilities and data integrity across operations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain governance standards.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs, providing insights to senior management.
