A leading digital bank in London is seeking an Operations & Commercial Director for its Core Banking division. This role will drive growth and operational excellence, overseeing planning processes and ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in scaling teams within a consumer business and possess strong commercial acumen. Operations & Commercial Director, Core Banking – London. We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. We’re building simple, clear banking experiences for Monzo’s 12 million personal customers, including current accounts, joint accounts and U16s, with value propositions across everyday money management features and paid upgrades like Subscriptions.
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-minded operator to join our Core Banking collective as a high-impact leader with ownership to drive growth from 12 million to 20+ million customers.
