  • Position: Operations Assistant / Operations Manager
  • Reporting to: Buying and Operations Director
  • Location: London (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

Role Overview

Cou Cou is a female founded, purpose-driven -, impact brand, redefining intimate-essentials for a new generation of women by bridging the gap between our lingerie and underwear drawer. Our mission is to reclaim the narrative of our intimates, celebrate our embodied female experience, everyday & reduce the environmental impact of our most disposed-of garments.

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Operations Assistant or Operations Manager (depending on experience) to support and optimise our global operations. You’ll work closely with the Operations Director, Buying, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure stock moves efficiently from factory to warehouse to customer—on time, every time. We are looking for someone super entrepreneurial that loves learning, wants to get involved, and ultimately grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Organise all shipments from factories to warehouses (UK & US).
  • Book shipments and manage freight timelines.
  • Manage inbound processes at all warehouses.
  • Ensure all inbounds and outbounds meet agreed SLAs.
  • Approve all logistics invoices.
  • Support ad-hoc shipping and logistics requests as needed.
2. Inventory & Systems
  • Ensure inventory accuracy across all systems (WMS, Shopify, ERP, and Google Drive).
  • Maintain clean, consistent, and up-to-date product data.
  • Ensure the wider team has full visibility on stock arrivals and restocks.
  • Support all product launches, ensuring inventory is in the right place at the right time.
3. Wholesale Operations
  • Support all wholesale operations.
  • Work with the buying team to allocate and move stock to correct wholesale locations.
  • Communicate with wholesale partners on shipping and delivery schedules.
4. Planning & Reporting
  • Work with the Operations Director and Buying team to manage, move, and optimise timelines.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance and operations reports.
  • Support optimization of warehouse and 3PL performance.
  • Forecast and buildout demand plans for 3PLs, no need to know how to do this before starting
5. 3PL & Warehouse Management
  • Support management of both UK and US 3PLs alongside the Operations Director.
  • Travel to UK and US warehouses when necessary.
6. Retail & Events
  • Support all pop-ups, primarily in the US.
  • Assist with logistics planning and execution for events and launches.
About You
  • Highly organised with çift attention to detail.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with buying, operations, and external partners.
  • LOVES learning and problem solving
  • Has super strong reasoning. Can see all the small parts that make up the big picture
  • Experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or inventory management (level dependent on role).
  • Experience with WMS corps, Shopify, ERP systems is a plus.
