Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Days of Work: 5 days out of 7.

Operations Assistant — Responsibilities

• Open all year round, our Operations Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the hot tubs are in perfect working order every day for our guests.
• Complete general maintenance tasks; a basic knowledge of using tools, fixing machinery, and decorating is desirable.
• Deliver daily tasks in a timely and competent manner with attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and work with our brand standards to ensure every guest experiences Forest Feeling the moment they step into their cabin.

Pay

Pay Rates for Aged 16 and 17: 16 years: £7.55 per hour; 17 years: £10.00 per hour.
