A leading global financial services company is hiring an Operations Apprentice in Belfast. Our Belfast Markets team are now hiring degree apprentices. Through a degree apprenticeship in Leading on Customer Operations you will gain valuable on‑the‑job work experience 4 days per week and attend lectures / study at Ulster University 1 day per week. Market Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

The qualification you will work towards successfully completing is a Level 6 certification Leading on Customer Operations. The Apprentice will be based onsite in Citi’s Belfast office and attend University of Ulster one day per week.
This role will provide you with an in‑depth understanding of unique areas within Market Operations and will give exposure to global teams at Citi.
