Job summary

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a senior administrative or business support role.
  • Confident liaising with clients, board members, and senior leadership.
  • Experience with Pipedrive and QuickBooks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Managing suppliers, stock ordering and project documentation.
  • Coordinating customer site visits and installation schedules.
  • Handling incoming customer queries and support requests.
  • Overseeing office Health & Safety compliance.
  • Managing invoicing, payments and credit control.
