A prominent provider of veterinary services in the UK is seeking an Operational Support Administrator in Leeds. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative support across pet travel and end-of-life services while managing customer communications and bookings with high precision. Eville and Jones is a major provider of Official Controls to the Food Standards Agency. We also provide an ever‑growing array of services to both the public and private sector including Export Certification portal inspection training and consultancy.
Due to continued growth we are seeking to recruit an Operational Support Administrator to join us on a full‑time basis. This role will be an office based role and will be within our Head Office in Leeds Thorpe Park LS15.
This role provides essential administrative and coordination support for E&Js Pet Travel and End‑of‑Life Services. The coordinator is responsible for managing bookings for E&J Pet Cares Animal Health Certificates (AHCs), Export Health Certificates (EHCs) and home euthanasia services. The role ensures all documentation and bookings are handled with accuracy and efficiency. The coordinator plays a key part in maintaining high service standards through effective communication, careful scheduling and proactive customer support. E&J also have several new business streams in labs licensing vocational qualifications, feed and training that will form part of the admin role as required.
