A prominent marketing solutions provider based in London is seeking an Operational Marketing Assistant to maintain product roadmaps, manage pricing strategies, and support project management in product launches. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months in product marketing or be open to trainees, with strong communication and IT skills. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within a dynamic marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 6 months experience in Product Marketing preferred but open to trainees.

Operational Marketing Assistant

Reporting to Head of Product Marketing.

Your role in our future
  • Maintaining and ensuring the product roadmap remains accurate.
  • Working with the product marketing team to manage the Quadient UK price list.
  • Complete MAIL hardware forecasting to Group each month.
  • Support and project manage Quadient projects (price changes across MAIL solutions, tariff changes, end of life projects).
  • Support UK product launches and enhancements (coached/managed by Head of Product Marketing).
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure key documents and information are distributed each month.
  • Maintain and update performance of the Product Marketing Plan.
  • Ensure key business documents are updated and shared to all relevant stakeholders accurately each month (price list, product roadmap, end‑of‑life projects).
  • Enter accurate forecasts each month to Group and track accuracy.
  • Ensure the Marketing plan is updated each month for progress of all activities and results (key actions lead revenue).
  • Assist Head of Product Marketing across projects to ensure actions are delivered on time to maintain critical launch dates.
  • Communicate clearly, openly, and honestly both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate as a member of the wider Marketing teams supporting the MAIL business channel.
  • Understand and adhere to relevant internal processes.
Your profile
  • Ideally 6 months within Product Marketing, but open to trainees.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good IT knowledge and ability to use standard desktop software.
  • High work ethic and commitment to first‑class work.
