We have a wonderful opportunity for an Operational and Quality Lead within our BeeU Eating Difficulties Service.
In the role you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management and delivery of BeeU's Eating Difficulties Service across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. You will ensure that a high‑quality service is delivered within this specialist area and that all National and Trust targets and standards are adhered to, including the recording of information within the IT systems.
You will be responsible for the management of staff within the team, leadership, the delivery and delegation of management supervision and ensuring appropriate clinical/professional supervision takes place as per Trust Policy.
You will also carry out clinical work to maintain clinical competencies. In conjunction with the service lead and multi‑professional partners they will develop the provision and quality of services for patients. This will demonstrably reflect the principles of clinical governance, clinical effectiveness, cost effectiveness as well as Trust and National Policy.
