We are seeking an experienced Operational Account Manager to join our Metering Support Services team. This is a client-facing, commercially focused role, centred on managing contracted service delivery, supplier performance, and long-term customer relationships within the energy and metering sector.
It is focused on account management, operational governance, and contract performance, working across field services, compliance, finance, and regulatory teams to ensure obligations are met and opportunities for growth are identified.
You will act as the single point of ownership for your client accounts, ensuring services are delivered in line with contractual KPIs, regulatory requirements, and agreed commercial outcomes.
