• Registered Nurse with experience administering IV medications via PICC or peripheral cannula.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations of the OPAT clinic.
• Work with Band 7 clinic manager to provide optimal patient assessments.
• Liaise with community teams and GPs for continuity of care.
