Job summary

A leading facilities management company is seeking a Static Maintenance Engineer for Canada Water. You will handle planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, ensuring safety and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is qualified to City & Guilds Level III in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a customer-focused attitude. This role may require working evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Qualified to City & Guilds Level III or equivalent in Electrical discipline.
• Good knowledge of Electricity at Work safe working practices.
• Experience with maintenance, testing & fault finding on a variety of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Maintain and keep in good repair the client's mechanical & electrical systems.
• Ensure safety and health in the workplace.
