Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or a similar role is desirable.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Fundamentals and/or Azure fundamentals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve user issues as onsite IT Technician.
• Liaise with Projects Team for network infrastructure.
• Log helpdesk tickets promptly and accurately.
