Responsibilities

• Provide in-house HR advice, support and guidance.
• Manage full case management on ER cases.
• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment campaigns.

Skills

Knowledge of employment law and HR best practice

High level of customer service

Good commercial awareness within a manufacturing environment

Knowledge and experience of dealing with Unions

Education
