Qualifications

• Experience as a cancer pharmacist is essential.
• Demonstrable evidence of experience in clinical pharmacy.
• Qualifications must include Master's in Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services to oncology and chemotherapy patients.
• Manage prescriptions and new oncology medicines.
• Attend and contribute to oncology MDTs and ward rounds.
