Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on industrial, chemical, or SIP projects.
• Strong experience with schedule of rates contracts and day-work administration.
• Competent in estimating, re-measurement, and valuation of variations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer commercial aspects of insulation and scaffolding works.
• Review and re-validate insulation estimates against current project requirements.
• Prepare, review, and submit variation proposals and cost claims.
