Qualifications

• Good understanding of affordable rent unit management and residential lettings.
• Knowledge of current housing legislation and practice.
• Ability to perform various housing management tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned sites and ensure maintenance to high standards.
• Monitor contractor performance for quality and timeliness.
• Manage property functions including void turnarounds and check-out appointments.
• Address anti-social behaviour and represent the organisation in court if necessary.
• Respond to tenant inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of estates and complete necessary actions.
• Oversee defect resolution and manage residential compliance.
