Qualifications

• At least 6 months operational experience on a B1 counterbalance.
• Flexibility may be considered for non-fault accident incidents.
• You'll complete RTITB Instructor and Crane Instructor courses.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training across the UKLC site.
• Lead inductions and refresher sessions on equipment.
• Develop and maintain training guides.
• Promote safety and compliance during training.
• Support operational efficiency by upskilling colleagues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective training.
• Identify gaps in training and propose enhancements.
