What Youll Do
  • Act as the main point of contact for our client on-site, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Manage and support a large temporary workforce, including inductions, attendance, and performance.
  • Coordinate shift cover, rota planning, and respond quickly to staffing needs.
  • Build strong relationships with both the client and workers, resolving queries promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and site regulations.
  • Report on workforce performance, KPI delivery, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Be flexible with working hours to meet operational demands.
