A leading sports brand is seeking a Footwear Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure the highest quality of performance shoes. You will work closely with manufacturing partners, conducting inspections and quality verifications to meet strict standards. As a Footwear Quality Assurance Specialist, you play a key role in building On’s premium quality products right at the first time. You are responsible for controlling product quality and the production process with our manufacturing partners, making sure every pair leaving the factory meets On’s standards in function, look, and durability. You will work closely with factory QC, QA, engineers, and On’s cross-functional teams to identify risks early, implement preventive actions, and maintain stable, consistent product quality throughout production. Based in Long Khanh/Dong Nai, you will support factories across the South region, driving continuous improvement and strengthening the quality mindset at every step of production. Every action on the line defines the difference between good and premium.
