Contract Type : Full Time

Salary : Up to £45,000 per annum

We’re looking for an Omni Operations Manager – Live Bingo to join our customer operations team. Reporting into the Head of Omni Operations – Live Bingo & Chat Stars, you’ll play a key role in delivering our Live Bingo experience across both online and retail channels.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Live Bingo experience across both online and retail channels.
  • Lead and inspire customer operations teams to deliver excellence in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Omni Operations – Live Bingo & Chat Stars to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
