• Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience handling OL / EL / PL claims.
• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and ability to manage claims through to trial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of OL / EL / PL matters from initial instruction through to trial.
• Handle claims arising from Occupiers Liability, Employers Liability, and Public Liability accidents.
• Provide exceptional client care maintaining regular communication.
• Ensure accurate case management in line with firm procedures.
• Prepare legal documents and reports as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of OL / EL / PL matters from initial instruction through to trial.
• Handle claims arising from Occupiers Liability Employers Liability and Public Liability accidents.
• Provide exceptional client care maintaining regular communication and building strong relationships.
• Ensure accurate and efficient case management in line with firm procedures and regulatory standards.
• Prepare legal documents statements and reports as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience handling OL / EL / PL claims.
• Extensive knowledge of personal injury law and ability to manage claims through to trial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Strong IT skills and confidence using case management systems (Proclaim experience advantageous but not essential).
• Proactive organised and dedicated to delivering high-quality legal service.
