Supporting Older Adults within the Bolton community, who are experiencing a range of complex mental health issues. We work closely with families, carers and other health and social care professionals to promote recovery and autonomy.
We are a warm and friendly Multi-Disciplinary Team with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and development. To support staff wellbeing we offer one day a week remote working, alongside regular team events.
Within the team we have monthly CPD sessions in addition to regular Line Management and Clinical Supervision, alongside peer support. We promote reflective practice and encourage practitioner development.
