What you'll be doing
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Coordinating and providing administrative support for the project teams and wider business
- Taking responsibility for document control — ensuring all project information (drawings, specifications, reports, correspondence) is properly managed and distributed
- Ensuring version control and accuracy across all documentation
- Working closely with site teams, project managers, and consultants to keep information flowing efficiently
- Supporting the improvement and maintenance of internal systems and processes
What we\'re looking for
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the construction sector
- Strong background in document control, with excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document control platforms
