A public sector organization is hiring an Office Manager for an administrative role in Belfast. The position involves providing support to the Chair and Chief Executive, managing correspondence, and planning corporate events. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of administrative experience with a degree and a full driving license. The role offers a pay rate of £15.53 per hour and weekly pay.
Office Manager opportunity now available within the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service (NIAS). This is a temporary position initially for 6 months and will be based in the NIAS Head Quarters in Knockbracken Healthcare Park, Saintfield Road, Belfast.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9.00AM – 5.00PM with a pay rate of £15.53 per hour.
The role within NIAS will be providing a comprehensive and efficient administrative and high standard business support to the Chair, Chief Executive and Board Secretary.
