What will you be doing as an Office Manager?
Working alongside the Managing Director you will be overseeing the smooth running of the office. Duties will include:

  • Ensuring the day to day workload of a small team is planned in and completed
  • Assisting the MD with aspects of ISO, Health and Safety and HR
  • Updating supplier and subcontractor information ensuring all relevant paperwork is in place
  • Updating systems and processes on an ongoing basis
  • Liaising with customers, assisting with any issues
  • Creating reports and other general administration


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar Office Manager, Admin Manager or Supervisor role
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Experience of implementing and maintaining systems and processes
  • Previous experience working with audits and the maintenance of internal system such as ISO or Health and Safety would be beneficial
  • Comfortable using Word, Excel, outlook and Teams
  • Confident and assertive with excellent people management skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
