Allan Webb is looking to recruit an Office & HR Coordinator to join our dynamic People Operations Team. Competitive Salary + Company Benefits Package

What will the role involve?

Working alongside our People Operations Team you will be part of a highly collaborative working environment that offers the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, develop essential Office Coordination, Administration & HR skills plus work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

The position will be based at our Head Office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. This will be a full‑time role, office based for 5 days per week.

As part of the development of this role there is also the option of supported HR Apprenticeship study following completion of a 6 month probation. If you're ready to be part of a collaborative People Operations Team, we would be keen to hear from you.

What are we looking for in our Office & HR Coordinator
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision, be proactive and take initiative.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to escape issues appropriately.
  • Strong organising skills, meticulousness and excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines, resilience and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A self‑starter with the ability to work as part of a dedicated Team.
  • Strong Administration skills including Microsoft Office and Excel [spreadsheets, reports].
  • An understanding of excellence in customer experience.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new systems & processes.
  • Previous experience in Coordination/Administration.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts both verbally & in writing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills & numerical skills.
