Role

As the Office Host, you will offer a polished and professional service, and create a refined, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every client and colleague experience is seamless, discreet, and memorable.

As The Office Host, Typical Duties Will Include
  • Offer impeccable client hosting, being first point of contact for all visitors, providing a concierge-level service from arrival to departure.
  • Upholding brand values and professional representation with impeccable presentation, courtesy, and discretion.
  • Maintain a pristine, welcoming reception and client suite, ensuring shared spaces are always well-presented and fully stocked.
  • Support client meetings and internal events with high-quality food and beverage service, delivered smoothly and professionally.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage meeting spaces, anticipating requirements and ensuring seamless turnarounds.
  • Provide colleague support and assist new starters with office orientation, workstation setup, and day-to-day operational support.
  • Manage post, couriers, confidential waste, seating plans, and routine checks of AV/office equipment.
  • Other ad hoc duties as circumstances dictate.
Requirements

To be successfully considered for the Office Host position, you will ideally have experience within a similar role or experience within a high-end hospitality background, within upmarket restaurants, hotels or luxury brands. Car show rooms would also be favourably considered. You will have proven experience in delivering a premium standard of service in corporate and luxury environments. Skilled at creating a refined, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring every client and colleague experience is seamless, discreet, and memorable.

As the office host, in addition to the above, you will also present:
