As our Office Assistant, you’ll be the friendly, organised presence at the heart of our brand-new Carnaby Street office - a vibrant location famous for its creative energy, independent boutiques, iconic music heritage, and lively pedestrian streets.

You’ll support our London team day-to-day, helping the office run seamlessly while providing administrative support with a calm, positive and proactive approach.

What You Will Do
  • Provide administrative support to Directors, Associate Directors and Managers - including diary management, meeting coordination, and travel and accommodation bookings (UK & international)
  • Arrange internal and external meetings, prepare agendas and presentation materials, and manage follow-ups
  • Act as a helpful point of contact across departments and project teams
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Support onboarding coordination, personnel administration, and general HR admin
  • Oversee daily office duties such as stationery, post, supplies, meeting room bookings and reception support
  • Help maintain a safe and compliant office environment by supporting Health & Safety and Fire procedures
  • Keep electronic and paper filing systems organised and up to date
  • Build strong working relationships with our Head Office to ensure consistency across the business
What You Will Have
  • Experience in an Office Assistant/Office Administrator
  • Strong organisational skills and confidence managing diaries and priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High levels of integrity and the ability to manage sensitive information
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive, flexible and professional approach
  • Ideally, experience within construction, property, or housebuilding - though not essential
  • Ability to work independently, use initiative and support a busy team
