Job Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming communications, acting as a professional first point of contact for clients and suppliers
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and office documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and provide general administrative support to the team
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently, creating a welcoming and professional environment
  • Assist with ad hoc office administration tasks as required
Key Skills
