Job Description - Office Administrator

Role: Office Administrator (Secondment Cover)
Start Date: 22/09/2025
End Date: 22/03/2026
Pay Rate: 12.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

The Office Administrator will support daily office operations by answering calls, taking customer orders, entering details into the system for scheduling, and carrying out a variety of administrative tasks. The role begins with three days of comprehensive online training and shadowing, with increasing responsibilities once core duties are mastered.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls, providing professional and efficient customer service.
  • Take and process customer orders, ensuring details are accurately entered into the system.
  • Prepare information for scheduling in line with company processes.
  • Carry out general office administration duties to support the wider team.
  • Take on additional responsibilities once confident in day-to-day tasks.
