Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. The role will primarily involve maintaining accurate records of purchase orders, both digitally and in physical logbooks, while providing general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day business operations. Candidates with a background in civil engineering administration or similar technical sectors will be highly regarded, as familiarity with industry processes will be advantageous.

  • Support the team with general administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and data entry.

Skills & Experience
  • Previous administration experience in civil engineering, construction, or related technical fields preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other record-keeping systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
