A leading manufacturing company in the UK is seeking a motivated New OEM Engine Sales Manager to drive sales growth through existing and new OEMs and Distributors. The ideal candidate will have experience in distributor development, strong analytical skills, and be willing to travel internationally. JCB Powertrain supplies JCB Engines, Axles and Transmissions to a range of OEM Distributors and Direct Customers. Over the past five years, the business has experienced rapid growth and now requires a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will grow the Sales according to the 5-year business plan. JCB Power Systems requires a New OEM Engine Sales Manager to support and further develop the business’ existing distributors and direct OEMs.
The role entails a wide range of the following aspects and therefore the individual must be willing to touch on the following aspects and remain open to the changing requirements of the role whilst offering customers, distributors and internal stakeholders the utmost level of urgency for support.
