  • Oversee Change Management process from request to implementation.
  • Ensure configuration changes are logged, approved, and tested.
  • Support audits by providing relevant documentation.
  • Provide regular reporting on configuration and change activities.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Work location is Camp Humphreys, Korea.

  • Responsible for tracking, logging, categorizing, and maintaining all changes made to network baselines.
  • Works with Government and contractor staff in the development and enhancement of Change and Configuration Management (CCM) tools.
  • Establish, maintain, and enforce Configuration Management (CM) policies, procedures, and standards aligned with ITIL or industry best practices.
  • Maintain the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of configuration item (CI) data.
  • Oversee the Change Management process, including change request evaluation, impact analysis, approval coordination, implementation tracking, and post‑implementation review.
  • Collaborate with technical and program teams to ensure that all configuration changes are logged, approved, tested, and communicated appropriately.
  • Support audits and assessments by providing documentation and records related to configuration and change control.
  • Provide regular reporting and metrics on configuration and change activities to stakeholders.
  • Ensure traceability and version control of system and service baselines.
  • Interface with quality assurance, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure change impacts are assessed and mitigated.
Qualifications

Shall possess:

  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or related area.
  • Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL V3 Certification.
  • SECRET Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or federal government IT contracts.
  • Experience with automated CM tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Ansible, Puppet).
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and how configuration management supports secure operations.
Work Environment
  • Primarily on‑site in a secure facility, may require on‑call availability and after‑hours work during outages or upgrades.
  • Occasional travel to support project reviews or site inspections.
  • Must be capable of working in a structured, process‑driven environment and managing multiple configuration threads simultaneously.
  • Must be able to work in a high‑security environment and comply with all relevant security protocols.
