Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting adults in the community to live independently? If so, Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist to join the South OT Team in Swadlincote, covering the South Derbyshire area.

This short-term contract offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, person-centred environment within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver strength-based assessments and interventions
  • Support adults with equipment solutions and adaptations
  • Work closely with housing providers and health partners
  • Manage a varied caseload with autonomy and support
  • Contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches across agencies
Requirements
  • Experience in Occupational Therapy within a Local Authority
  • Knowledge of equipment/adaptation solutions and daily living assessments
  • Understanding of physical, learning disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Strong communication, IT, and time management skills
  • Ability to travel for home visits
  • Familiarity with Mosaic recording system (desirable)
