We have a rare opportunity for an Occupational Therapist to join our well-established and experienced Community Resource Team in the Caerphilly borough.
The Occupational Therapist’s main role is to support with community assessments and can be asked to provide advice in relation to moving and handling as well as equipment / adaptations to promote independence. The focus is on supporting individuals to achieve their wellbeing outcomes, utilising a multi-disciplinary approach.
There are opportunities to work across a number of different services such as the community, hospital discharge and reablement / assessment services. We can support newly qualified Occupational Therapists to progress and encourage a culture of continuing professional development.
