• Undertake health surveillance activities.

Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) - part of the Spire Healthcare Group - is looking for a confident, hardworking and proactive Occupational Health Technician to join our growing team!

This is an exciting role where you will be independently managing health surveillance clinics, handling tasks on client sites and providing confidential, accurate reports in various formats. In this role, you will have support and guidance with regular training, to enable your career growth and professional development.

As an Occupational Health Technician, there will be daily travel to client sites across the West Midlands to deliver our services. Therefore, access to a vehicle and valid driver's license is essential in this position.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience or exposure in the Healthcare, Medical, Sport Science sector or similar.
• Access to a vehicle and a valid driving license for travel to client sites.
• Strong IT Skills, with ability to use online CRM systems and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertaking health screening procedures including general baseline measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis.
• Carrying out fitness for work medicals.
• Undertaking health surveillance activities.
• Delivering health promotion activities.
• Ensuring all medical information is accurately recorded.
• Responsible for looking after the equipment and ensuring it is serviceable, clean, and fit for purpose.
• Providing support to the Occupational Health team when needed.
