A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Temporary Occupational Health Advisor to support the Occupational Health Unit within the Wellbeing Team. The role involves conducting consultations, providing evidence-based occupational health advice, and managing complex caseloads. Candidates must have at least five years of continual UK residency and be professionally qualified in Occupational Health Nursing. This position offers an excellent opportunity to enhance workplace wellbeing strategies while working remotely.
The Temporary Occupational Health Advisor resides within the Wellbeing Team and is critical to the core function of the overall wellbeing service. The Temporary Occupational Health Advisor role is required to support the Occupational Health Unit with the delivery of management referrals across the force. Working remotely the Temporary Occupational Health Advisor will ensure that individuals have access to or are signposted to the support that they need to encourage attendance at work, manage any associated risks and to provide managers with guidance that will support a sustainable workforce.
