Overview

Members of the Senior Nursing Team will require strong management and leadership qualities, whilst overseeing the team to deliver the highest possible patient care. It will support the Department Matron to drive forward evidence based practice and take responsibility for the supervision of staff and the policies and practices that operate within their clinical area. This is a chance for you to make a real difference to patient care whilst developing your knowledge and skills of working in an Emergency Department further.
