Nursing Home Manager£65,000PA
As a Nursing Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the home. As a regulated business, we expect the candidate to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and be familiar with all the relevant legislation and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that the home provides high-quality care and support to the residents, whilst meeting financial targets and maintaining full occupancy.
Key duties and responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the homes staff team, promoting a culture of kindness, compassion and empathy.
  • Ensure that the home meets all regulatory requirements, including those set by the CQC, and maintain excellent standards of care and support.
  • Manage the homes budget, ensuring that financial targets are met and costs are effectively managed.
  • Develop and implement a well-thought-out marketing plan to maintain full occupancy and promote the homes services to potential residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and all stakeholders, responding effectively to their needs and concerns.
