Overview

Deputy Manager (Nursing) – Watton, Norfolk. £55,000 per annum. Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a National Private Healthcare Provider, for a Nursing Home based in the Watton area of Norfolk.

As our Deputy Manager, you will assist in managing operations within the home to achieve or exceed goals while ensuring the provision of high-quality care. You will oversee the care staff and assume full management in the Home Manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
• Previous Deputy Home Manager experience.
• Ability to engage with service users to understand their needs and provide excellent care services.
• Ability to identify referral pathways for safeguarding adults/abuse.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
• Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals, families, visitors and staff.
• Ability to promote ownership of care programs by involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home.
