A leading NHS foundation trust in Salford seeks an enthusiastic Nursing Associate for Ward H2, where you will be part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary healthcare team delivering planned care. Applicants should hold a level 4 Nursing Associate qualification and have experience in an acute hospital setting. The role demands excellent communication, compassion, and teamwork skills. We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated Nursing Associate to join our friendly, supportive and exciting team on Ward H2 at Salford Royal Care Organisation, Part of the Northern Care Alliance.
H2 is a 25 bedded respiratory ward. You will work as part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team providing planned care and delivering the highest standards of patient care within Ward H2. The role is exciting and challenging, where compassion, teamwork, excellent communication skills, emotional resilience and initiative are paramount.
Training will be provided to the successful candidate.
You will need to have experience of working in an acute hospital environment as well as a Nursing Associate qualification at level 4. Experience of working with patients with acute medical needs would be an advantage.
