Nursery Room Leader / Practitioner

We're looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader (or qualified Practitioner ready to step up) to inspire, lead, and nurture young children. If you're passionate about early years education and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do
  • Lead the planning and delivery of age‑appropriate activities and curriculum
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
  • Support and motivate your team through strong leadership and collaboration
  • Oversee children's development and well‑being, tracking progress and communicating with families
  • Take on the Key Person role, ensuring holistic care and development
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety
What We're Looking For
  • Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education
  • Experience working in an early years setting
  • Supervisory or leadership experience is an advantage (Room Leader, Room Manager, Senior Practitioner)
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Genuine passion for fostering children's growth and building positive family relationships
