Role

You can expect to be fully ‘hands on’ in creating a stimulating and exciting nursery setting. Ideally you will be either an experienced Room Leader or a Level 3 Practitioner ready for your next challenge. As well as the usual responsibilities you would expect of this role, our Room Leaders form part of our management team and act as role models for other staff. You will encourage and motivate your colleagues to continually demonstrate best practices and support them in their learning journey toward their qualifications.

You will have a minimum of one year’s experience working at a Level 3 position in an early-years environment and possess a good understanding of the EYFS learning outcomes to plan for children’s learning and development.
