Job summary

A leading early years education provider in Shrewsbury is seeking a Room Leader to manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS. You will support and guide your team while building strong relationships with children and families. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in early years and a good understanding of safeguarding practices. Competitive salary and staff benefits are included.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least Level 3 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
  • Excellent understanding of EYFS.
  • Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
  • Leadership experience desirable.
