A leading nursery group in Fordingbridge is looking for an experienced Room Leader to join their team. The role involves leading and nurturing children's development in a supportive environment. Candidates should have a Level 3 Childcare qualification, at least one year of experience in Early Years, and a passion for education. Location: Salisbury Road Burgate, Fordingbridge SP6 1LX
Contract: Full‑Time, Permanent (40 hrs/week) – Part‑Time Considered
Salary: £29,120 per annum

Our nursery features four beautifully designed rooms tailored to children aged 3 months to 5 years, each with direct access to spacious outdoor areas that encourage exploration and play in nature.

As Room Leader, you'll be at the heart of our nursery, leading a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education. You'll create engaging learning experiences, ensure the well‑being of every child, and foster strong relationships with families and colleagues.
Please note: Duties may evolve to meet the needs of the nursery.
