A childcare organization in London is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to ensure the day-to-day running of a nursery area. Nursery Room Leader

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the day to day running of an allocated area or room within the nursery.
  • Hold an NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Train and develop staff by imparting knowledge and skills.
  • Ensure the children are cared for in a happy, safe and stimulating environment.
  • Demonstrate a sound understanding of a child\'s developmental requirements and provide a range of stimulating learning experiences designed to meet all-round development.
  • Undertake an enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications
  • NVQ level 3 qualification or equivalent.
  • Enhanced DBS check (to be undertaken).
