• Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment – Thoughtfully prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage exploration, creativity, and growth.
• Lead Engaging Educational Activities – Plan and deliver exciting experiences that support children'sphysical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, all aligned with theEarly Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
