About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Burchetts Green, rated Good by Ofsted, accommodates 84 children and provides ample outdoor space for exploration and play. Our team is dedicated and passionate about their roles as practitioners, ensuring a nurturing environment for all children. We enhance learning experiences with visits to the zoo on the BCA college grounds and work in partnership with the college to provide valuable placements for new practitioners. Located on the college campus with free staff parking, we offer easy access to our welcoming facility.

What to Expect as a Nursery Practitioner

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education
  • Skills: good communication, excellent organisational abilities, and the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities
